Octavia Housing
Octavia Housing and Care provide some 3,900 homes for individuals and families on low incomes primarily in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Brent.
The charity also provides care and support services for older and vulnerable tenants ranging from extra care schemes, supported housing, day centres, lunch clubs to projects run in partnership with specialist agencies.
In Paddington Octavia are partners in European Land's Merchant Square scheme at Paddington Basin. As the registered social landlord for West End Reach, Octavia will have 44 social housing units when the building is completed in autumn 2010.
The Octavia Foundation supports disadvantaged people through community involvement, employment and training opportunities, financial inclusion, social care and education.
