Waterside House occupies 220,000 sq.ft of office space over 11 floors. The building was designed by leading international architect Lord Rogers, well known for striking buildings including Lloyds of London, The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and The Pompidou Centre in Paris. The company is set to expand its operations at Paddington, taking space at neighbouring Carmine, part of the Merchant Square scheme at Paddington Basin.
Marks & Spencer are proud to be part of Paddington and play an important role in the community, participating in regular team challenges, fundraising events and the annual Paddington Waterside Christmas Challenge where employees buy gifts for clients of local charities.
