Land Securities is the UK's leading real estate investment trust. Holdings in Paddington include 10/20/30 and 40/50 Eastbourne Terrace. Land Securities have refurbished both 10 and 40 Eastbourne Terrace (67,000 sq ft and 82,000 sq ft respectively) and are on site with refurbishment of 30 Eastbourne Terrace (48,000 sq ft). The plans create exciting schemes that enhance Paddington and contribute further to the regeneration of the area.
Land Securities have been major contributors to Paddington First and regularly participate in local fundraising activities and events such as Dragon Boat racing and the Paddington Waterside annual Christmas Challenge.
