Derwent London lead on two schemes at Paddington Waterside. At Eastbourne Terrace Derwent London spearheaded the redevelopment of Telstar, a 105,000 sq ft high specification office building over eight floors, occupied by Rio Tinto.
At North Wharf Road Derwent London secured planning consent in January 2008 for a mixed-use canalside scheme at 55-65 North Wharf Road. The proposals include two buildings, a 240,000 sq ft office building and a 100 unit residential block (with 16 units for affordable housing).
The company participates regularly in local fundraising and charity events, including the annual Paddington Waterside Christmas Challenge.
