Paddington Basin

The redevelopment of Paddington Basin creates over 2 million sq ft of offices, homes, shops and leisure facilities. New towpath and bridges provide public access to the waterside, accompanied by new business and visitor moorings. Iconic bridges, including the famous Thomas Heatherwick 'rolling bridge' make Paddington Basin a unique commercial location.

European Land and Property has already completed The Point (224,000 sq ft), designed by Terry Farrell and Partners and Waterside (240,000 sq ft), designed by Richard Rogers Partnership, home to Marks & Spencer.

Paddington Walk, located on the former Hermitage Street and designed by Munkenbeck & Marshall, was European Land's first residential scheme at Paddington Basin. Completed in August 2005 the building provides 232 new homes, including 79 affordable homes which are managed by the Peabody Trust.
